Junior Chefs

Year 3 had lots of fun being Junior Chefs. They learnt about the importance of a balanced diet and the use of seasoning in foods. They also got hands on, making their own delicious rice dish with a variety of  ingredients. They won fruit as prizes and many were surprised that they enjoyed the new fruit that they tried!

Chester trip

Year 3 had an amazing time on their school trip to Chester. It started with a tour around Chester by a Roman soldier. We also learnt all about how the river changed over time and what it would have been  like to live during Roman times.

Holiday homework

I was really impressed with the holiday homework on Chester and the Romans. Well done year 3!

Final day sailing!

It's the final day of the residential and the best weather has been saved until last! A perfect morning for sailing....the sun was shining and the wind was blowing. Great fun was had by all.
